HAPPY BIRTHDAY FELICITY!
At exactly 4:20 PM, wherever she is, Mary Grace has charmed Felicity's backpack to explode in a fanfare of trumpets and mess. Blue and gold confetti and glitter spews from every pocket of Felicity's bag and it just keeps going for seventeen entire minutes, because that seemed like a really fucking funny idea on paper.
The confetti is supposed to disappear after another seventeen minutes, but honestly Mary Grace wasn't that careful with her charmwork so it's a little closer to seventeen hours. Hopefully this wasn't during your second ever trip to the library!
