Even though Pax has plenty of opportunities to gorge herself at home, there's something special about eating way too much at a festival, so she's going to take advantage of it. There's an elephant ear hanging out of her mouth, and she's got a chocolate-dipped apple in one hand while the other tries to dig around in her pockets for money. She's not sure what she wants to get next, but she wants to be ready.

"Hold this for a hot second," she says around her food, holding out the apple without looking up. She assumes a classmate is near her, but, like, even if it's an Elflockian it's fine.
