do you ever forget you can just go places in the blink of an eye? and then you remember and it's like!! oh !!!!! yes !! magic !!! i can do that, can't i???

anyway, i'm in new orleans (because i can???) and i don't know where to find the place for wixen. i asked around (VERY slyly, don't worry!) and i learned that there is a wizard world convention here in january. but it has noting to do with wixen, it's just a comic convention.

i'm having a lot of fun, though! and i think it would be fun to visit other places too, if i had a tour guide.

so i guess what i wanted to ask is... does anyone want to show me their cool magic town? or come with me to explore cool magic towns? (it doesn't have to be today! but! some time during the break?)

Yeah, pretty close. My town is super tiny and super traditional and super ~~boring~~ exciting if you want to see a magical town.

i've only been here for twenty minutes but i've hunkered down in a starbucks. i was thinking about maybe visiting the cemeteries and then going home but did you know most of them close around 4?? :(

Owlville is pretty boring mostly, but it has a haunted forest around it!

i hope so too!!! i'm trying not to apparate TOO far in one burst. i went jefferson > alexandria > new orleans.

isn't it cool, though?? this would take six hours by car!! i got here in maybe six seconds?? but only because i had to take a little break between jumps.

It is...very haunted. (Is there a scale to measure hauntedness?)

I think there are a couple vampires lurking around town and forest.

Should be a muggle ghost tour group coming through soon. Real nerves of steel experience.

I don't think anyone's actually died there in a long time. But my parents definitely frowned upon me going there when I was little, because they were worried about danger.

i should've just stayed in our graveyard. the cemeteries here have visiting hours and the gates close so early. :(
