A band freshman delivers a familiar pair of shoes to the Senior Thorntrail Girls' dorm. They don't look any different than they had when Jupiter returned them to Trudy.
A note inside the box reads, "I thought these might look better on your dorm. -Trudy."
As soon as someone touches the shoes, they begin doubling faster than they can be vanished, increasing exponentially until the dorm is up to their chins in heels.
Absolutely delighted by her dorm becoming a Scrooge McDuck vault of shoes (sorry Xenia and Claudia), Jupiter sneaks one over to the boys dorm and tosses it inside. Happy April 1st, Lionel!
She's going to spend the next two hours getting poked by shoe heels while she tries to think of a good way to get back at Trudy.
Tired from a late night, Lionel allows himself a ten minute afternoon nap. Long enough to increase alertness, but short enough to not sacrifice his sleep habits later. When he wakes up from an average dream, he discovers he's in a living nightmare.
Felicity takes a small vial, fills it a third of the way with some of her mystery potion that she brewed a few months back. Then she puts a piece of tape on the vial and writes, "Felix Felicis. If found, please return to Zadie Lovelace."
Finally, she leaves the vial in the central classrooms and spends the rest of the day waiting to see if people have flowers in their hair.
[NOTE: she still has some of this mystery potion left over]
Any mysterious potion left unattended in the middle of a classroom would catch Zadie's attention, but the fact that this one has her name on it and is definitely not Felix Felicis (the color is all wrong!) has her doubly invested. And maybe a little worried. Is someone trying to slander her name? Is someone trying to frame her? She takes the vial with her to prevent it from falling into any careless hands and resolves to analyze it later to determine what it is.
Mary Grace holds the door open for her friends, pulls out a chair for them, and offers to carry their books. Are you drinking enough water?? She wants to make sure you're drinking enough water! Oh, don't you all look so nice today!
Inspired by the Ilvermorny Quodpot game, Skip has acquired potentially endless amounts of marshmallow fluff for his own purposes. Namely, a variation of the classic bucket-of-water over the door prank. The buckets in this case are spelled to keep at a nice warm temperature to ensure that the fluff doesn’t solidify, and Skip has booby-trapped every door he has access to in the Central Classrooms.
He’s hiding nearby and eating his own supply of marshmallow fluff, and he made no attempt to avoid ensnaring teachers, so it’s just a matter of time before he’s caught.
Today is one of the scariest days of Cedar's young life. Most April Fool's Days are absolutely terrifying, but today Cedar is high key on edge. Every door is an enemy, every step could be a hole that leads to a TIGER TRAP, and they cling to their fannypack full of SURVIVAL SUPPLIES like it's their only friend.
But the Curse will always strike, and as Cedar tries to enter the lunchroom they get a full bucket of fluff on their stuff.
Aris is paying extra close attention to all of the students that have phones today. If they set them aside and he can sneakily grab them before they lock, he'll be popping over to iPhoneception to contaminate their phones with (harmless) explosions, gravity effects, kittens, or maybe even zombies! The zombies seem a bit mean, though.
If he has time, he'll also be setting a new ridiculous background for them!
If he's caught, he'll pout and say he just wanted to put on some fun tunes! Come on, guys! School is boring. :(
(If you want your character to fall victim to this nonsense, let me know and I'll RNG the results! ♥)
Throughout the day, Willow pretends to be each of her siblings, first cutting her hair to be Cedar, and then cutting it even shorter to be Hawthorne (hopefully she can charm it to grow back out later...).
She's particularly annoyed if anyone seems to fall for the ruse, though. They're not even identical!!
