what's up?

This space is for sending holiday gifts to friends before winter break! In order to avoid flooding the comm, we're using one central megapost for gift-giving. This is for custom gifts, specifically. You can also send candygrams to your friends!

To Send Gifts: Select the House and year and post your gifts with any applicable messages or delivery notes as a comment. For the subject line, remember to list TO and FROM! Feel free to continue to add to this post through the season. This isn't required and you don't have to wrack your brain coming up with gifts. It's just if you had something in particular you wanted to send. :)

I've put up a simple example so you can see kinda how it's done. Feel free to get as creative as you want!

A beautiful, antique pocket watch. There's nothing magical about it at all, but its inner workings are very complex and it's technically not running at its best. Maybe this can be a hobby project for Lionel. The gift is signed '♥, Holland'

It takes Lionel a few days to realize the watch isn't running at its best, and when he does, he immediately begins trying to repair it. It becomes his winter break activity, and he wonders if Holland's gift was less the watch and more the project. Either way, he's very thankful.
