(no subject)

What do you all think is the hardest animal to whittle?

My sister has informed me that I owe her something impressive by Christmas.

[Pre-Healer Studies]

I have good news. Healer Greatheart has agreed to let us get some firsthand experience at certain events going forward. This will include assisting and shadowing her, triage, and documentation. This isn't part of the grade, but it will be a valuable experience and I'm working on a rotation now.

Winter, you're up if you'd like to join me on the sidelines for the Quodpot match this weekend.

If you have questions, let me know.

Are feathers difficult? Maybe some sort of detailed bird...

[Pre-Healer Studies]

Oh, the real life experience will be lovely!

It should mostly be minor things, right?

You were helping out at the lodge on the ski trip when everyone was ill, weren't you? You're so good at being hands-on.

I imagine a peacock would be very complicated and very impressive.

Do you know what her Patronus is?

[Pre-Healer Studies]

Yes, it is a very practical class and it seems a shame to not do as much as we can with our own two hands. Except I'm ready for any assignments you give me!

Don't be modest! I was hiding, so you did much better than me at least.

Absolutely. Half hour before. Do I need to bring anything? Or is just my wand sufficient? [...] Maybe a poncho.

Got it. I'm sure we can manage this. Probably just a few scrapes and bruises to tend to. And I'll wear the shawls I wear foraging, not the nice ones.

[...] Thank you for the opportunity, Nico!
