At this point, he's just swinging around the library, waiting for his friends to be bored with books so he can go and get a hot dog. This crash is probably his fault, because he's not paying attention.
To his credit, or not at all, he sinks to the ground the second it happens to begin picking up the books for her. He moves quickly, at first. But it quickly becomes a story in him sitting on the ground, examining titles with more intent than he's put into his schoolwork in weeks. He crosses his legs amidst the mess, to read one in earnest. "Hey, Win, what's a bone harem?" The question is still easier than reading the back cover himself.

"Boooooneee Haremmmmm," Winter replies in a drawled sing-song — she just likes the sound of it, mostly — as she scoops up books and stacks them about as neatly as she can manage. These books have given her a great deal of trouble. She appreciates the attempt at help, and seems to find Tybalt's sudden and distracted interest in her selections amusing. It's absolutely the sort of thing she would do. "Donno, I liked the cover, though."
The cover is a whole lot of skeletons.
"I think it's a skeleton romance? Or maybe a murder mystery." She doesn't sound sure, but she grins anyway. "Wanna start a t-two person book club and find out?"

A very difficult question, because Tybalt Is not the sort to read for recreation maybe ever. But he could get on board with skeleton romance. He turns it over to look at the cover, which really is promising. Sexy skeletons. Huh. There's something new every day.
"I'm curious." He admits, paging through. Not too long. Okay. It's achievable. He beams, suddenly, remembering something. "Do you think we could count it as meditation?"
His court-ordered Meditating Buddy has been one of the best surprises he's had all week, and he feels the necessity to crow about it maybe too much to this person who now has to deal with him for extended periods of time.

Against better judgment, that troublesome little grin on Winter's face cracks wide, delighted. It's a peek of sunshine that disappears behind clouds when she schools her expression, again. "Oh, Tib, you know Bone Harem is exactly the key to figuring out that Animagus stuff." Though she delivers this with usual dryness, the way she trips and hesitates over the words belies her excitement.
The only thing better than breaking a few rules, is doing them with a friend. "If anything, they'll wind up needing to give us extra credit for being so successful."
Winter Shops and Tibblet doesn't help
