What the hell is a "snaggletoothed humgruffin" anyway? Is that some sort of hillbilly slang that I don't get?

I dunno, I can think of some groups I'm fine with insulting. Nazis. People who chew with their mouth open. The 1899 Cleveland Spiders.

I don't know if I'd say identify. We've been called hillbillies more than once or twice. When people say hillbilly, they usually mean people like us.

So, when people mean to be derogatory towards you, they use it. That's what you mean. Well, I can just call someone a jerkwad instead, I guess, if they call me a humgruffin. Better solution?
