Oh, Holland. Holland Holland Holland. Felicity sighs deeply. What are we gonna do with you, Holland? Felicity puckers her lips out, but it's unclear if she's preparing for a kiss or simply debating her next move.
Universe, why are you doing this to her?? Holland wiggles a bit, trying to hide the fact that she's moving around her wand so she can point it at the bottle and send a small burst of magic at it that points it at the person to her left.
She turns to this unfortunate victim.. "Yes, what do you say? Felicity is very... sweet."
"Now now," Felicity cuts in. "Rules are rules." She steps out into the circle and fixes the bottle so it's pointing back at Holland. "You're gonna hurt my feelings."
Holland shifts a bit more, this time in discomfort. Maybe she should just bolt.
"Oh, no, I don't want to hurt your feelings. It's just... well..." She takes a long drink from the cup at her side, trying to think of what she actually wants to say. This really shouldn't be a huge deal, but she's honestly a little afraid of Felicity, and that makes it so much worse.
"I shouldn't kiss you. So! I'll let you have my next spin, alright? It's a good trade."
Felicity drops her voice and affects a slight southern accent. "What's wrong little lady?" she asks, doing her best Tony impression. "Somethin' a kiss can fix?"
She's able to match his rhythms and inflection -- years of practice will do that -- but she lacks his innate gentleness that can't be mimics.
Felicity doesn't force Holland to respond, though. She picks up the bottle, seemingly happy to take her up on the offer to spin. "Thing's so itty bitty in my hand," she marvels, still channeling her brother.
Felicity's mimicry of Tony is uncomfortable, and makes Holland sink a little and down the rest of her drink in one go. She can only imagine what she looks like to their classmates right now, ill at ease and essentially being picked on by her ex's little sister, and that just makes her even more unhappy.
"Well, you enjoy that spin and I'm going to get more to drink!" she chirps in the most forced tone ever, wobbling up to her feet.
Felicity watches Holland go and feels just the liiiiittlest bad. But she shouldn't! Holland is the bad guy here -- she's Tony's ex! Felicity just wishes the senior would act like it, fight back, and not do this whole "I'm nice and quiet and scared" performance. Whatever. Any guilt Felicity feels is gone by the time the bottle stops spinning.
