Emergency Bake Sale!

what's up?

Uh-oh! A careful review of the books shows Student Council is short on the funds needed to pay off the annual ski trip. To make up the difference, they're holding a last minute emergency bake sale today in the auditorium, taking donated goods from students, staff and locals.

Tons of locals show up to buy goodies throughout the day, and Student Council recruits non-council students to help staff tables. There's even one particular incident with some Malstrom students... Welcome home for the holidays, Malstrom!

Because Clara Puddifoot of the Gastrognome graciously donated a lot of cupcakes, some enterprising member of student council has come up with the brilliant idea to hold a cupcake eating contest. Eat the most cupcakes and win a gift certificate to eat even more sugar. That sounds great, right?

⬥ Just a simple IC/OOC to show off some yummies and do some silly RNG.

⬥ Post up what your kiddo brought. Other kiddos can browse and make purchases!

⬥ There's also a cupcake eating contest! Anyone game can pay an entry fee (this is a fundraiser, after all!) and compete for a 100 dragot gift certificate to the Gastrognome.

WHAT THEY BROUGHT: A collection of very modest, slightly ugly looking cupcakes with different colored icing.

• Orange will make you smell like bacon to all canines. Meet new furry friends today!
  
• Green will make you attractive to birds. Get ready to feel like a Disney princess when all those sparrows land on you.
  
• Pink is laced with a love potion, and you'll develop a crush on [character of choice] for a couple hours. Laszlo advises friends to pass on this one, or maybe offer it to someone they like..? He won't judge or tattle.
  
• Purple will make you fall in love with Armani for a couple hours. Specifically Armani.
  
• Blue will give you bad luck for the rest of the day. Have you ever wanted to feel the Quackenbush experience first hand? Now's your chance.

Oh nooooo what a terrible twist of fate. Malstrom just won't forgive him for that foolish mistake so many, many years ago. Must he pay for his immaturity forever?

Laszlo quickly dumps the cupcakes, but does push a green one into Armani's hands first and tells him to eat it if he likes birds.

ohhh, laszlo, he's so so sorry. he knows how hard you worked on those cupcakes to help with the fundraiser. they must've hit your booth while you were helping him set up his tiered display! they tried to mess with merlin's food too! why must malstrom students always try to cause trouble wherever they go??


armani will take the cupcake and thank him. genuinely thank him. the gesture was very sweet.
