The good news is we’re learning a little more about the plants in Alchemy. Turns out, if you focus right on them, they’ll wilt. No weed killer yet, but you know, progress takes time.

Yes. Really, really focus. Examine them, and they’ll wilt. If you’re aware of them but not focusing directly, they’ll grow.
So it’s really only a great trick if they’re in front of you, but it’s something, anyhow.

I don’t know.
It was a shoddy solution, at best. That many memories could never stay hidden forever, and maybe it seemed impossible to examine them all at once. It was probably easier to make everyone forget.
But I suppose a lack of foresight isn’t malicious.
I do wonder what he remembers.
